Two new sites launched
Over the past few weeks we have been pleased to see two projects we have been working on come to fruition and go live. Here's a little report about them.
Technical details will appear with each project's portfolio entry in due course.
Past Pixels
We have been working with the lovely folk at Past Pixels since last year to develop their new Drupal site - a shop to display and sell their lovely cards, posters and other wares. In their own words Past Pixels is a "publishing venture that works with the Labour Movement to bring alive our illustrious past ... [snip] ... We specialise in bringing images of working class lives to a wider audience". We hope their website enables them to do just that.
Here's a little sample to whet your appetite...

Centre for Peace, Security and Armed Violence Prevention
When CPS-AVIP approached Netuxo to develop a simple multilingual site we were pleased to be engaged in support of their work. Working on arms proliferation and gender violence issues, lobbying politicians and the media, delivering training, and "initiating projects and activities related to South-South Cooperation" - all sounds good to us! The site has been created to deliver content in three languages - English, French and Portuguese - and to share and highlight the work of the Centre and its partners around the world.
